Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Open and close the store according to procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.

• Supervise and direct the activities of staff during your shift, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.

• Ensure adherence to all La Pino'z Pizza standards for food quality, safety, and service.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Staff Management:

• Schedule, train, and motivate team members to ensure efficient and effective service.

• Address any performance issues or concerns with staff in a fair and constructive manner.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Financial Management:

• Accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize waste.

• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.

Customer Service:

• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a management role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
