Job Summary:

• Position: Outlet Manager

• Location: Mumbai

• Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant management, excellent organizational and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance.

• Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies as needed.

• Manage dining reservations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with suppliers and balance cash registers.

• Open or close the restaurant during assigned shifts.
