New Franchise Sales:
1.Identify and target potential franchisees to expand La Pino'z Pizza's presence.
2 . Develop and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve new franchise sales targets. Lead the development and execution of strategies to attract potential franchisees.
4. Conduct presentations and negotiations to facilitate new franchise agreements.
5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.
Existing Franchise Services:
1 .Provide ongoing support and assistance to existing franchisees.
2 .Ensure adherence to brand standards and franchise agreements.
3..Address and resolve operational issues to enhance overall franchise performance.
Inventory and Stock Management:
1. Oversee and optimize inventory levels at all outlets.
2. Implement efficient stock management practices to minimize wastage and improve cost-effectiveness.
3. Work closely with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply chain.
Sales Growth for La Pino'z Outlets:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales promotion initiatives.
2. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Develop and execute strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
Maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedures):
1. Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures across all outlets.
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
3. Continuously improve and update SOPs based on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
3.Strong understanding of franchise operations and sales.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6.Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
