HR Executive

As an HR Manager at La Pino'z Pizza, you will be responsible for managing the company's recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR policies, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles, including kitchen staff, outlet managers, and other positions. 

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions. 

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees. 

Training and Development:

• Design and implement training programs for employees, focusing on skills development, customer service, and company policies. 

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. 

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. 

• Promote a positive and respectful work environment. 

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data. 

• Process payroll and benefits administration. 

• Manage employee performance and attendance. 

Other:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR processes. 

• Contribute to the overall success of La Pino'z Pizza by fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee relations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus.
