Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at La Pino'z Pizza, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, and increase sales, focusing on digital channels and customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with La Pino'z Pizza's overall business goals. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. 

  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns. 

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising. 

  • Create engaging and compelling digital content (text, images, videos) for different platforms. 

  • Develop and implement strategies for driving website traffic and improving online conversions. 

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools. 

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results. 

  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for future strategies. 

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with online customers and followers. 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various digital channels. 

  • Monitor online brand reputation and address any negative feedback. 

Budget Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure that campaigns stay within allocated spending limits. 

  • Justify the spending and ROI of digital marketing campaigns. 

Team Management (if applicable):

  • If the role involves managing a team, provide guidance, training, and support to digital marketing team members. 

  • Motivate and empower team members to achieve their goals. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online channels and strategies. 

  • Experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. 

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics platforms). 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
