Chief Financial Controler – SaaS & Hyperlocal Growth Leader

Location: Chandigarh / Hybrid

About the Role

We’re scaling rapidly, and we need a strategic financial leader to drive profitability, fundraising, and sustainable growth. As our CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy, optimize unit economics, and lead our fundraising efforts. If you have experience scaling SaaS businesses and love data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Growth & ARR Optimization

·      Drive financial strategy to scale ARR from ₹15 Cr to ₹50 Cr+.

·      Optimize gross margins, LTV/CAC ratios, and unit economics to improve profitability.

·      Partner with CEO & leadership on pricing models and revenue diversification.

2.Fundraising & Investor Relations
        •       Lead Series A/B fundraising, handling investor negotiations & due diligence.
        •       Build financial models, investor decks, and board reports.
        •       Maintain strong relations with VCs, PEs, and financial institutions.

3. Financial Operations & Compliance
        •       Oversee finance operations, cash flow, and working capital management.
        •       Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, GST, tax laws, and statutory filings.
        •       Establish robust internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and fraud.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Tech Automation
        •       Implement ERP, automated invoicing, and real-time financial dashboards.
        •       Drive deep financial analytics for revenue forecasting and cost management.
        •       Work with Product & Engineering to integrate financial insights into operations.

·      Strong expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.

·      Experience in scaling startups, driving profitability, and optimizing unit economics.

·      Proficient in financial automation, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
